Insurance participation

Call 703-594-1583 with your current insurance information. Coverage can vary by plan, service, clinician, and care setting. A statement that a plan is “accepted” does not by itself guarantee that every service is in network or covered.

Authorizations and referrals

Some plans require a referral or prior authorization. Authorization is not a guarantee of payment. Patients remain responsible for understanding plan requirements and amounts assigned to them under their coverage.

Separate charges

Depending on the service and setting, professional, facility, anesthesia, pathology, laboratory, imaging, implant, or other charges may be billed separately. Ask the office which charges to expect before your procedure.
