Surgical care in Fairfax
Virginia Surgical Services offers surgical consultations, preoperative appointments and follow-up care on the Inova Fair Oaks Hospital campus. Our surgeons and anesthesiologists work together to plan your procedure and recovery.
Office visits are in Suite 205B. Our clinicians also hold privileges at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, where advanced procedures are performed.

How we work
Surgical consultation and follow-up
At your first visit, we review your diagnosis and discuss treatment options, including whether surgery would help. If a procedure is recommended, we’ll talk with you about anesthesia, preparation and recovery.
What to expectDuring surgery
Your surgeon performs the procedure; your anesthesia clinician manages your anesthesia and monitoring. The location depends on the procedure and your medical needs.
